Dr. Alexander Koss

Speaker of the Board of JV Südzucker Moldova SA

After finishing university, he worked at “Moldprodmontaj”, participated in the construction and reconstruction of many companies active in the food industry of the Republic of Moldova. Since 1984 he has led the INC laboratory for the Food Industry of Moldova. In 1987 he was appointed as Chief Specialist of the Food Industry Department of “Gosagroprom” of the Republic of Moldova. Since 1989 he has worked in private business in Russia and in Moldova. Specialization - scientific research, practical construction works, manufacturing and mounting of equipment and steelworks for enterprises of these countries. He has been the manager of the “Extra” cooperative, which later became “Extra – K” SA (manufacture and mounting of steelworks and equipment).

In 1995 he founded an engineering office in Frankfurt-am-Main, representing the interests of various companies from CIS and providing advisory assistance to West European companies interested in business development in CIS countries.

Since 2002 he has worked with Südzucker AG concern under the project in Moldova. In July 2004 he was elected Chairman of the Council of Sugar Producers’ Union of the Republic of Moldova. Since April 2006 he has been the Speaker of the Board of Südzucker Moldova.

Octavian Armaşu

Member of the Board, Financial Director of JV Südzucker Moldova SA

From 1992 to 1996 he worked at the company Agroincom SRL. Since 1996 he has been a sales manager at Glass Container Company. Since 1997 he has worked as a consultant in Onest Business Consulting. In 1999 he was invited as a controlling expert at Sudzucker International GmbH. In 2001 he became the Head of Control Department of Südzucker Moldova SA.

In March 2004 he was appointed as Financial Director, member of the Board of Südzucker Moldova SA.

Dr. Richard Dandar

Member of the Board, Production Director of JV Südzucker Moldova SA

From January 1997 to April 2000 he completed his doctoral thesis at the central laboratory of Südzucker AG. Since May 2000 he has worked as a technology consultant at Südzucker Polska. In January 2001 he was appointed as technology consultant of the JV Südzucker Moldova SA. Since May 2004 he has been a Production Director, member of the Board of Südzucker Moldova SA.

With the ordinance of the President of RM Nr. 383-VI, 25.11.2011, he was awarded the medal "Gloria Muncii" for his merits in developing agro-industrial complex, contribution to improvement of the efficiency of agricultural production and in productive managerial activity.
